About the Role
Acme Corp is engaging a senior data engineer on a six-month contract to lead the migration of the reporting warehouse onto Snowflake and hand over a documented, tested platform to the in-house analytics team.
What You'll Do
- Design and build the target warehouse schema and dbt models.
- Migrate existing batch jobs onto Airflow with monitoring.
- Introduce data-quality checks and CI for analytics code.
- Document the platform and train the client's analysts.
What You Bring
- Strong Python and SQL, with production Spark or streaming work.
- Hands-on Snowflake, dbt and Airflow experience.
- Prior contract or consulting delivery experience.
