What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy predictive models to optimize property valuation and risk assessment.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into our product offerings.
• Design and implement data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product enhancements.
• Visualize data to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Iterate on machine learning algorithms to enhance model accuracy and performance.
• Champion data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Python and SQL to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data efficiently.
• Solid experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or scikit-learn to build robust models.
• Expertise in real estate data analysis, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments where cross-disciplinary knowledge is shared.
• Experience with cloud-based data services like AWS or Azure for scalable data processing.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from INR 40,000 - 60,000 per year, with final offers based on experience and qualifications.
