What You'll Do

• Architect and implement machine learning models that enhance property valuation accuracy.
• Optimize data pipelines to streamline real-time data flow across our platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into our core offerings.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Drive the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments, ensuring robust and scalable operations.
• Champion best practices in ML model lifecycle management, from development to deployment.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Design, develop, and deploy ML algorithms and models, using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch to build scalable AI systems.
• Optimize models for production, conduct experiments, perform statistical analysis, and collaborate with data teams on data pipelines

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems in the real estate domain.
• Solid experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to ensure seamless model deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for building and training advanced machine learning models.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is INR 75,000 - 100,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
