MANAGER - FINANCE

**Responsibilities**

* Oversee the financial activities of the company and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

* Develop and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.

* Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision\-making processes.

* Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk to optimize the company's financial performance.

* Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and drive financial efficiency.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

* Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Business Controller, or similar role for 5\-10 years.

* In\-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.

* Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
